Communi-CRATE |

Description: The Communi-CRATE was developed for use in social care teams to enhance the way that children and young people in Sheffield's care system are listened to and have their views taken into account in any decision being made that affects their lives. The crate contains lots of tools and resources to enable effective participation to take place. Crates are specifically designed to best meet the needs of the ages or abilities each service is working with. Year of production: The crate is a developing tool and is continually being updated. |
